The Community Home Support Service (CHSS) has been officially re-launched in Carmarthenshire, continuing to provide free, short-term practical support to help people live safely and independently at home at a time of crisis.

The Early Doors project aims to prevent problems early and give people in Carmarthenshire the best chance to thrive. Each year, over 1,000 people struggle with unsafe or unsuitable housing, which can lead to stress, poor health, and strained relationships. Early Doors works to stop these issues before they become a crisis.
Connecting Carmarthenshire has been awarded the Social Care Accolade for Working in Partnership.
